Events that establish your authority before you speak.
You’re not starting from scratch.
You’ve got experience, established leadership and an audience of people listening.
You’re at the point where an in person event makes sense, not just for the sake of being visible but to be seen properly on your own terms.
This is for women who want their expertise recognised without over explaining or overselling.
Getting your potential client in the room is the powerful next step.
There are a few different ways to work together, depending on whether you want to step into a room that challenges the status quo, create one of your own, or unpick the conditioning that’s been keeping you smaller than you need to be.
Intentional, feminist-led rooms for women who want better conversations, clearer decisions and to take up space in a system that was never designed with them in mind. No performative networking, but a room where you are seen, heard and taken seriously.
For women ready to lead their own event and do it with intention and impact. We focus on designing rooms that position you as the expert, open real opportnities and don’t require you to dilute yourself, people please or perform confidence to make it work.
I work with women who are done waiting for the approval of others approved before they lead. Women who know their work matters, but have felt the pressure to shrink or soften their impact to be accepted.
Confidence isn’t a personality trait and visibility isn’t a reward. Women have been conditioned to doubt themselves, police their bodies and second guess their authority, especially in public spaces and leadership roles. My work exists to interrupt that.
I have over two decades of senior leadership experience in the MoD, alongside years of working with women in business to help them step into rooms, lead events and be recognised as the experts they already are.
